1. Introduction

Sanctuary of Vitality is owned and operated by SCHUBERT MARKET LLC ("Sanctuary of Vitality," "we," "us," or "our"). This Shipping Policy explains how we ship orders placed on https://sanctuaryofvitality.com.

Online Retailer Notice: Sanctuary of Vitality operates exclusively as an online retailer. Products are sourced through carefully selected manufacturers and authorized distribution partners. We do not maintain a public retail storefront.

Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST on a business day are submitted for processing that same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays are submitted for processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

2.1 Continental United States Only

Sanctuary of Vitality currently ships only within the Continental United States. We do not currently ship to:

  • Alaska or Hawaii
  • U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands)
  • P.O. boxes that cannot accept carrier delivery
  • APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses
  • Any international destination

Orders entered with an ineligible shipping address may be canceled and refunded.

2.2 Future Expansion

We plan to add additional regions in the future. When we do, this page will be updated accordingly.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Orders over $100.01: FREE Standard Shipping within the Continental United States (excludes AK/HI).
  • Orders of $100 or less: $9.99 flat-rate Standard Shipping within the Continental United States.

The $100 free-shipping threshold is calculated on the order subtotal after any discounts and before applicable taxes. All shipping fees are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees from Sanctuary of Vitality.

Sales Tax: Applicable U.S. state and local sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

4. Order Processing & Cutoff

  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST on a business day are submitted for same-day processing.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays are submitted for processing on the next business day.
  • Handling (processing) time: 1–2 business days after the order is submitted for processing.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
  • If a specific product requires additional processing time, it will be noted on that product's page, and the product-page note will override the general timing above.

5. Delivery Time

Total delivery time is 6 to 10 business days from the date your order is placed (and submitted before the 2:00 PM MST cutoff). This includes:

  • Handling: 1–2 business days
  • Transit: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier performance, weather events, or other factors outside our reasonable control (see Section 7.4).

6. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Orders ship via trusted national carriers. We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar services depending on destination and package size.

6.1 Tracking

Every shipment includes tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to populate in the carrier's system.

6.2 Shipment Insurance

Shipments are insured against loss or damage in transit. If your shipment is lost or damaged, please contact us in accordance with Section 7.

6.3 Signature on Delivery

Signature on delivery is not required at this time. This may change for high-value or oversized items, in which case it will be disclosed on the relevant product page or at checkout.

7. Delivery Issues

7.1 Delayed Packages

If your delivery exceeds the 6–10 business day window, please contact us at support@sanctuaryofvitality.com or 720-588-4401 so we can open a trace with the carrier.

7.2 Marked "Delivered" but Not Received

  • Confirm the shipping address on your order
  • Check with household members, neighbors, building management, or any safe-drop location used by the carrier
  • Wait 48 hours, as carriers occasionally scan packages early
  • Contact us within 7 days of the "delivered" scan at support@sanctuaryofvitality.com so we can file a carrier trace on your behalf

If the carrier's investigation confirms the package was lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Claims submitted after 7 days from the "delivered" scan may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

7.3 Damaged Packages

  • Photograph the outer packaging and the damaged item(s) before unpacking further if possible
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sanctuaryofvitality.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for complete details.

7.4 Force Majeure

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or government actions. We will work with our carriers to resume normal delivery as quickly as possible.

8. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your delivery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sanctuaryofvitality.com with your order number and item details. We will ship the missing item or issue a refund as appropriate.

9. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.

  • Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Restocking fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to approved non-defective / change-of-mind returns.
  • Refund timing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of return approval.

Returns are only accepted from Continental U.S. addresses.

10. Address Accuracy

Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout. Sanctuary of Vitality is not responsible for deliveries to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reship shipping fees will apply and are payable by the customer.

11. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled free of charge only if the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of purchase AND before the 2:00 PM MST order cutoff on a business day, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays may be canceled until 2:00 PM MST on the following business day, subject to processing status. Once an order has been submitted for processing or has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and the standard return process in our Return and Refund Policy applies instead.

12. Wellness & Health Disclaimer

Sanctuary of Vitality offers wellness products including cold plunges, infrared saunas, and massage chairs. These products are intended for general wellness and comfort only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Individual results may vary.
